Course Start Point
Meet at the course finish point, near the Good George cafe, just inside the old Tudorhouse Gates at George Street. After the pre-event briefing we'll move as a group to the start point near the Noller Footbridge. Arrive at 6:45am for a 7am race start.
Facilities
There is usually plenty of parking within Parramatta Park and along the park road. Additional parking may also be available in the council car park in O'Connell Street next to CommBank (Parramatta) Stadium. It is a short walk from the O'Connell Street car park to the meeting point via the Noller footbridge. There are public toilet facilities, both at the start/finish line and on the course. Multiple drinking fountains are available around the course too.
Course Description
The event is run entirely on sealed cycle/pedestrian paths that are well suited to pushing a pram and resistant to adverse weather. The course consists of three (and a bit) laps of the park loop, starting near the Noller Footbridge and finishing in front of the George Street gatehouse.
The course isn't signposted or marshalled. Load the route onto your watch or phone before you come, or run with someone who knows the way.

How to load the route
- Garmin: import the GPX file as a course in Garmin Connect and send it to your watch.
- Strava: save the Strava route to your own routes and sync it to your device.
- Coros, Suunto and Polar: import the GPX file through your watch's companion app.
- Apple Watch: the Workout app can't import GPX files, so use a third-party app such as WorkOutDoors, or Strava.
- Phone: most route and running apps can import a GPX file.
Check that the course shows up on your phone or watch before the day. The start line is a poor place to find out it doesn't.
